Salida Club

The Salida Boys & Girls Club serves all children between the ages of 6 and 18. The Club’s program promotes and enhances the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. The Club is a safe place to learn and grow, all while having fun. It's the place where great futures are started every day.

The after-school program is open:
Monday & Wednesday, 3:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 - 6:30 p.m., with extended
teen-only hours until 8:00 p.m.

On no-school Fridays, the Club is open:
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

School holidays, spring break and summer hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Led by professionally trained staff, programs such as Power Hour (homework help), Fiber Arts, the Social Action Project, Arduino and Spark Fitness inspire and enable kids to realize their full potential.

Responding to the needs and interests of its members, Club participants have recreated a life-sized woolly mammoth, learned to fly drones, played pickleball and competed in the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s National Fine Arts Exhibit.

Membership and Financial Assistance

Membership is open to all youth between the ages of 6 and 18. A membership application must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian each year. Our annual membership fee is $50 per child and includes all after-school programming. For all non-school days, we have a $10 daily fee.

Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch at school. Please speak with your Club's branch director or executive director for more information. Our mission is to serve all kids, but especially those who need us the most, so please ask us about Financial Assistance if you need help.
